What is Fingers On A Frame?
Fingers On A Frame is one of the most exciting bicycle package giveaways ever assembled. Participants will be competing to win a new triathlon bike and all the equipment wanted or needed for the sport of triathlon. This contest will push its participants to the edge of exhaustion, delirium, insanity, and back again. Mind, body, and spirit will be tested and cracked in one of the most grueling endurance events ever created. Package estimated value is over $6500.00.

How does it work?
30 names will be drawn 3 weeks before the event for a chance to win the package. At the event, the participants will be positioned around a rectangular rail with the bicycle giveaway package in the center. Once the competition has started, every person must keep one hand on the rail at all times. The last person standing, without breaking the rules, is the winner.

What are the rules?

  1. You must have one hand on the rail at all times during the competition.
  2. No leaning on the rail.
  3. No squatting, kneeling, sleeping, or sitting. (Contestant must remain standing straight up with no assistance from anything or anyone.)
  4. You will get one 5 minute break every hour.
  5. You will get one 15 minute break every 6 hours.
  6. Each contestant will have their own "transition area" where they will be provided one chair.
  7. You will be allowed one medium sized ice chest for the duration of the contest.(contents not supplied)
  8. Each participant can have one domestique (helper) inside the transition area. (The helper can be a friend, family member, coworker or any person that you think will get you through the event. Your domestique must remain in the transition area at all times during the event. Your domestique may be subbed out during breaks.)
  9. Each participant must be back on the rail by the end of each break. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  10. The contest will be video-taped for instant-replay and rule violations.

How do I enter the drawing?
You may buy $1 raffle tickets at Jack & Adam's Bicycles (1800 Barton Springs Rd.) for the next 5 to 6 months leading up to the event. You may purchase tickets online in groups of ten or more at www.fingersonaframe.com (via iwonone.com event registration). There will also be weekly drawings for other prizes like free bike fits, tune ups, helmets, nutritional products, and much more. Winners of weekly drawings will be placed back in the running for the main contest drawings. If one person's name is drawn twice for the main contest, we will draw again. There will be no transferring of winning tickets. If any person is unable to participate, we will draw again.
